Stages of progression for 'White Ram' painting, done in acrylic paints

These lessons are suitable for people at the beginner to intermediate level. Jodie will demonstrate techniques and colour use for students, guiding them through the painting process. Reference photos are supplied and will include either landscape or an animal. Students may also choose to work from their own reference material. Techniques covered include blocking in, glazing, colour and value transitions, opaque vs transparent and lost and found edges. There will be handouts and brief discussions regarding subject material.Critique of each students work is also part of our day.
